feb day twenty seven: something you ate

I decided to switch it up a little for lunch today.

Instead of my boring sandwich and a bag of chips, I grabbed this pasta salad at Trader Joe's last night. What an amazing decision that was. I am in love with this lunch. It was delicious and filling and had just enough spice to make me fall in love. I will definitely be purchasing this again in the future.

feb day one: your view

Today's photo of the day is "your view". I decided these daily photos might be a lot more fun if there was a story behind them. I may not write something every day, but hey-- it's a new month-- time for something a little different.

At lunch today, Colleen and I wandered over to the White House to get some fresh air and get out of the office for a bit. It was really nice out and it was so fun to watch all the tourists. I know, nerdy. Anywho, the White House is only a few blocks from my office so I decided it counts as "my view." So, here it is.... one of the best views in the country.
