Closet Shopping

Top: Keep Tahoe Blue  Shorts: Old Navy similar here  Bag: Tory Burch (love this one on sale!)  Shoes: Bucketfeet  Watch: Michael Kors  Bracelets: Stella and Dot here and old  Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

Last week, I was out for coffee with a friend and we started talking about closed-toe shoes in the summer. I said that I really wanted a pair because I only own a few pairs of shoes that are not sandals or heels (I'm looking at you, workout shoes). After looking online for a cute new pair of Chuck Taylors, I realized that I ordered these shoes last summer and rarely took them out of the closet. I pulled them out immediately and loved they way they looked with shorts. Hopefully I will start wearing them more now that I have rediscovered them. Isn't shopping your own closet the best?

Bucketfeet

A few weeks ago, a pair of shoes popped up in my Instagram feed that looked like great summer shoes. I clicked the link and was then taken back to the Bucketfeet website. I had never heard of Bucketfeet, but was pretty excited about my new discovery. I have been looking for a pair of closed-toe shoes for the summer, but was having trouble finding something I liked. I wanted a casual, comfortable, slip-on shoe.

Bucketfeet was created just a few years ago and each pair of shoes they create is designed by different artists. They connect with talented artists and give them a platform to showcase their art. Their collaborations range from working with street artists in Bogota to graphic designers from New York. I truly feel that they have a shoe for just about everyone.

I decided to give the shoes a chance and ordered a pair online. I liked these "Poppin Bubbles" pair because of the fun colors, plus, they will go with just about everything. I have now worn these shoes a few times and highly recommend you check them out. They are a perfect shoe to walk around town, wear to a cookout or throw on to run a few errands. I can't decide what my next pair will be, but I am thinking of trying a pair of the lace-ups.

Have you heard of Bucketfeet? What is your favorite pair they make?

*Note: This is NOT a sponsored post. I truly just love these shoes and think that everyone should check them out. They seem like a great company and I want to support them.
