Summer to Fall

After re-discovering my textured skirt yesterday, I decided it was time to finally wear the textured dress I ordered a few weeks ago. Pairing it with black instantly took this lavender dress from summer to fall and I could not be more excited. I see a lot of this dress in my future, especially with tights and perhaps my leather jacket. Something I've yet to pull out this season.
As the weather continues to cool, I've made it my mission to wear more of my summer pieces into the fall by pairing them with new accessories.

For the longest time I have been looking for great ways to add chevron prints to my wardrobe. I have tried dresses, skirts, shirts, everything, and never found exactly what I was looking for. When I spotted this top on the Kintage website I knew it was the perfect shirt and I was so excited to pair it with a bright bottom and a fun clutch.

Little did I know that when I threw this outfit on yesterday that I would be invited to a reception after work. I was so excited to take this outfit from day tonight-- I could not have been more prepared! Plus, it was a great way to kick off what's sure to be a great week!

A few weeks ago, I was online looking for a black and white chevon shirt (which I am still looking for) when I came across my new favorite website: Kintage.com. I stumbled upon it when clicking a link from another blog and could not be happier to have found it. I love everything on this website! This crazy cat lady shirt is my new obsession and I want to wear it with everything. I can see it with jeans, dress pants, skirts and more. Plus, its full of cats. I can't get enough of it. Oh, and when I opened my package, I found a handwritten note from the owner of the store thanking me for my order. I love supporting small businesses and can't want to make my next purchase from Kintage.
