Has anyone ever asked you to create an outfit for under $100? I like to put myself to the test every once and awhile and see what budget-friendly outfits I can pull together, especially after a trip to the thrift store. I don't usually include shoes in the price because boots typically cost over $100 for a quality pair, and they are something I usually splurge on.

During my last trip to the thrift store, I snagged this skirt for half price, making it only $7. Who knew you could find a like-new skirt for such a great price? I love how versatile this skirt is and the color is so vibrant.

Now, you could put this outfit together for much less, depending on the jewelry. I chose this bright yellow necklace to enhance the color of the skirt, but many of these bubble necklaces (or other bright statement necklaces) are available for under $20 on etsy and ebay. I fell in love with this one last weekend at The Pink Palm and had to scoop it up.
