Boots/ Sweatshirt/ Watch/ Blanket/ Scarf/ Earrings/ Mug/ Sweater/ Jeans

Now that I've turned my calendar to September I am officially in fall mode. Pumpkin candles are lit around the house, I am dying to wear all the new boots I recently ordered and I plan on spending lots of time over the next few months curled up on the couch with a cozy blanket and getting back into some great tv shows. While I have loved everything this summer has offered me, I am getting pretty excited about boots and jeans and lots of layers. Also, please remind me of this in, say, January, when I am cursing the cold and wishing it was summer again.

Elie Tahari Show

Here are some of the photos I took during the Elie Tahari show last weekend. I was in love with all the braided hair and winter colors. I forgot how much I love navy blue and black paired together. Also, there was a lot of fur in this show. I never wear fur but I love how classy it made all the pieces look as they went down the runway.

Fall is, by far, my favorite time of the year. The weather is cooler in the mornings which is perfect  sweater weather and cups of pumpkin coffee. Two of my favorite things. 

A few days ago, we had our company picnic and were able to wear jeans into the office. I LOVE wearing jeans to the office and miss the days of wearing them every day to work. I grabbed one of my favorite sweaters and went in for a perfect, casual Friday. 

Did you do anything fun over the weekend?
