Spring weather has finally arrived! I am so excited to finally wear a skirt WITHOUT tights and boots! It seems like it has been years. 

I pulled this skirt out of the bottom of my closet as I've been dying to wear something other than pants lately. Rediscovering old favorites can be so fun. I've worn this skirt before (here and here) and definitely prefer pairing it with brighter colors. I love the way the pink pops against the black and white.

2 Ways to Wear Houndstooth

Because houndstooth is such a popular pattern these days, I decided to post a couple of different ways to wear it. I tend to stay on the safe side with houndstooth and pair it with a solid color (as seen here) versus another print, although I am sure it would look great with another pattern in the same colors. 

In my first post, I paired this skirt with a bright color as it was still much warmer outside. Today, because the fall weather has set in, I decided to go with a darker color scheme and add a splash of color with my bubble necklace.
